Memo reclassification change

When you reclassify a bill and change the memo, the memo is now updated on the corresponding bill payment in addition to the bill. If the bill was posted to a period that is now closed, you cannot update the memo field.

Configuration	Configure your Accounts Payable application to Enable reclassification for bills and adjustments.
