Enhancements in Sage Field Operations

Sage Field Operations syncs seamlessly with Sage Intacct whether you're in the office or in the field. Office staff have to-the-minute information for scheduling. And the mobile app provides your team in the field with the critical information that they need, when they need it.

Sage Field Operations is available for Sage Intacct customers in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

Customer Portal

Make it easier for your customers to do business with you. With the new Customer Portal, your customers can complete the following tasks:

  • Create a service request

  • View service and equipment history

  • Search for specific records

That's not all! We've also added the following capabilities:

  • Send labor recorded in Sage Field Operations to Sage Intacct Time and Expenses.

    This feature supports Sage Intacct payroll providers.

  • Set up multiple tax jurisdictions for product items.
