Newly enhanced ICRW Report library reports

Newly enhanced Construction reports are now available in the Interactive Custom Report Writer (ICRW) Report library.

ICRW requires a separate subscription. For information on attaining an ICRW subscription, contact your Sage Intacct account manager.

The ICRW Report library provides prebuilt reports for you to view, copy, and use as a template for your own reports. After making a copy of a report, you can customize it to fit your needs.

Newly enhanced ICRW Report library reports provide enhanced prompt and filter capabilities to improve ease of use and reporting performance.

The following enhanced Construction reports are now available in the ICRW Report library.

Construction retainage reports

The Project ID prompts on the following reports now use a text field instead of the select dialog to avoid prompt errors for companies with a significant number of Projects.

You can enter a single Project ID or a ";" separated list to filter the report, or leave the prompt blank to allow all Projects.

Construction commitment reports

Construction project cost reports

  • Project Cost Overview - CRE: The filters on Estimates now only use entries with a Workflow type of ‘Original’, 'Approved change', or 'Revision'.

  • Project Estimate vs Actual Cost PJD–CRE:

    1. The Group cost code column now uses the Root task ID and name instead of the Parent task ID and name.

    2. The Estimate and Variance columns now account for null values.

How it works

  1. Go to Reports > All > Advanced and select Interactive Custom Reports.

  2. In the upper left corner of the ICRW List page, select Report library.

  3. Find the desired report in the list and do one of the following:

    1. Select Edit, to copy and modify the report.

    2. Select Run, to view the report results.
