New and enhanced ICRW Report Library reports

New and enhanced Interactive Custom Report Writer (ICRW) Library reports are now available.

ICRW requires a separate subscription. For information on attaining an ICRW subscription, contact your Sage Intacct account manager.

The ICRW Report library provides prebuilt reports for you to view, copy, and use as a template for your own reports. After making a copy of a library report, you can customize it to fit your needs.

What's new

The following new reports are now available in the ICRW Report library:

  • OE Contract Value by Project - CRE: The Order Entry (OE) report for Construction Real Estate (CRE) allows you to select a date that corresponds to the end of a WIP (Work In Progress) period and display the contract values for that period.

  • OE Contract Value for WIP Import - CRE: The Order Entry (OE) report for Construction Real Estate (CRE) is intended to be used with the WIP import feature. This report summarizes by WIP schedule project and the Order Entry contract value as of a date selected at run time. Choose a date that corresponds to a WIP period end to get the contract values for that period. You can select a date that corresponds to the end of a WIP period and display the contract values for that period.

What's changed

The following reports incorporated enhancements that increase performance and improve usability:

  • Budget vs Actual by Cost Code

  • AP Retainage Balance by Project PJD - CRE

  • AP Retainage Balance by Vendor PJD - CRE

How it works

  1. Go to Reports > All > Advanced and select Interactive Custom Reports.

  2. In the upper left corner of the ICRW List page, select Report library.

  3. Find the desired report in the list and do one of the following:

    1. Select Edit, to copy and modify the report.

    2. Select Run, to view the report results.
