Sage Collaborate helps your team communicate in real time directly on Sage Intacct records. Keep conversations close to the financial information they relate to, improve visibility across your team, and manage access with greater flexibility.

Sage Collaborate includes enhancements that make it easier to stay informed, work in context, and manage access.

Visibility and collaboration

Add a Sage Collaborate feed to dashboards that you have permission to edit. The component shows your active Collaborate feeds and lets you interact with them directly from the dashboard.

Sage Collaborate now opens in a fixed side panel anchored to the right side of Intacct, so you can follow conversations while keeping relevant information in view.

Administration

Exclude specific users from Sage Collaborate without changing their broader Intacct access. You'll also receive an email notification when your Sage Collaborate subscription setup is complete or requires attention.

All user types have access to Sage Collaborate after the subscription begins.
Permissions

To configure Sage Collaborate:

Application subscriptions: List, View, Subscribe, Configure

To add Sage Collaborate to a dashboard:

Permission to edit the dashboard.

To open Collaborate in a side panel:

Available to all users, no special permissions required.

To exclude users from Collaborate:

Application subscriptions: List, View, Subscribe, Configure, Remove, Assign Users

To receive email notifications about Collaborate:

Administrator access.
