Revert contract line dimension reassignment
If you make a mistake when reassigning dimensions, you can revert the most recent reassignment on a contract line.
Reverting a reassignment does the following:
-
Restores the contract line’s previous dimensions
-
Removes the reassignment event from the contract line’s transaction history
-
Deletes the associated General Ledger journal entries
Before you begin
To revert a reassignment, the contract line must meet the following conditions:
-
The reassignment you want to revert is the most recent one on the contract line
-
No transactions are posted after the reassignment date
You can only revert the most recent reassignment. To revert an older one, revert each newer reassignment first.
