Field by field descriptions: Audit Trail
The audit trail is available to all users with the appropriate permissions. If you have View access to a record, and the audit trail is supported on the record, you can view the audit trail.
The following table describes each column in the audit trail window on a record.
Sage Intacct does not track field changes for every event on every record. As such, you might see No audited change in fields in the audit trail table.
Additionally, the audit trail is available on most primary data (customers, suppliers, contacts, items, etc.) and transactions. Other records will be supported in the future.
