View a user's roles

You can view all a user's assigned roles from the Permissions and roles report. This report is accessed from the Users list.

To access user roles, go to Company > Admin > Users then select View permissions and roles. When the Permissions and roles report displays, select the tab for Roles.

View roles assigned to a user

  1. Go to Company > Admin > Users .
  2. Locate the user whose roles you want to view. Select View permissions and roles.
  3. When the Permissions and roles report displays, go to the Roles tab.

  3. Select More actionsView at the end of the row.

  4. Select View permissions and roles.
  5. When the Permissions and roles report displays, go to the Roles tab.
