Reset your password

Generally, only a business user with administrative privileges can reset a password in Sage Intacct. However, anyone can reset their password as long as they have set up their recovery information on their My preferences page in Intacct beforehand.

If you have not set up recovery information, contact your designated support user or Intacct admin for assistance.

To reset your password:

  • On the Intacct sign in page, select the Forgot your password? link.

Information for how to reset your password is sent to your account email. The answer to your security question is required to reset your password.

You can set your account email and security question and answer on your My preferences page Intacct.
