Troubleshoot Bank transaction assistant
You might find that a customer has been assigned to a bank transaction incorrectly. You can unassign a customer from a bank transaction.

Go to Cash Management > All > Transactions > Bank transactions.
- From the View menu, select Cash in.
The Bank transactions list refreshes with payment transactions.

Select the transactions that's assigned incorrectly and select Assign customers.

Select Unassign and remove.

Select Save.
