Set up high security preprinted cheques

High security cheques are currently only available for cheques printed in USD. High security cheque stock reduces the risk of fraud related to:

• Cheque washing (erasing details and re-writing the cheque)
• Cheque forgery
• Cheque copying

1. Go to Cash Management > All or Setup > Accounts > Current.

2. Find the current account you need.

3. If you are editing an existing account:

   • Select More actions > Edit at the end of the row.

4. If you are creating a new account:

   • Select Create.
5. On the Details tab, make sure that USD is selected for Currency.
6. On the Cheque printing tab, for Print on, select Preprinted cheque stock.
7. In the Print settings section, for Printing format, select High security.

8. Select Save.
