The following table lists the fields available on the Compliance record information page.

Save

Saves the new compliance record.

Cancel

Returns to the Compliance records list page without saving your information.

More actions

Allows you to perform the following tasks:

  • Save & new: Saves the compliance record and opens a new blank compliance record form.

  • Edit this page: Allows system administrators to edit the page layout if needed.

  • Table size: Allows you to modify the compliance record table size.

General information section

Enter information about the compliance record.

Field Description

Compliance type ID

The compliance type associated with the compliance record.

Compliance record ID

The identification of the compliance record. Sage Intacct automatically generates the ID based on the compliance type.

Compliance record name

The name of the compliance record.

Description

Description of the compliance record.

Compliance definition ID

After you select a compliance type, the compliance definition appears automatically.

The compliance definition is associated with the compliance type. You can select the link to view compliance definition information.

Compliance category

The compliance definition determines the compliance category. This field is read only.

Transaction definition

If you selected a compliance record that's associated with a primary document, the transaction definition displays.

The transaction definition is associated with the primary document. You can select the link to view the transaction definition.

Status

  • Active: The compliance record is available to use.

  • Inactive: The compliance record is unavailable to use.

Vendor ID

The supplier associated with the compliance record.

Primary document ID

After you select a compliance type and supplier, you can select a primary document ID (commitment). The commitment is associated with the compliance record.

AP bill

The Accounts PayableAP supplier invoice associated with a lien waiver compliance record.

AP payment

The Accounts Payable payment associated with a lien waiver compliance record.

Compliance details section

Optionally, record details about compliance documents and status.

Field Description

Voided

For lien waiver compliance records, when this checkbox is selected, the lien waiver compliance record is voided.

Document received

Select this checkbox to confirm that you’ve received the compliance record.

Received by

The name of the employee who received the compliance record.

Received date

The date that the compliance record was received.

Project

Select an active project for vendor-based miscellaneous or insurance records. The projects listed show project ID and project name.

If a project exists, the project prefills with the project from the commitment header. You can change the prefilled project.

Policy or document number

The policy or document number associated with the compliance record.

Effective date

The effective date of the compliance record.

Expiration date

The date that the compliance record expires.

Amount

If the compliance record is a lien waiver, this field populates the Accounts PayableAP supplier invoice or payment amount.

If this is an insurance or miscellaneous compliance record, you can enter the amount.

Additional insured

Select this checkbox to confirm that the compliance record is additionally insured.

Subrogation waiver

Select this checkbox to confirm that the compliance record is a subrogation waiver.

Contact

The customer contact for the compliance record.

Reference number

The reference number associated with the compliance record.

Attachment

You can attach documents associated with the compliance record, such as signed lien waivers.

System generated

If this checkbox is selected, Sage Intacct generated the compliance record.

Compliance template

After you select a compliance type, the printed document template appears. The compliance type determines the compliance template.

Final compliance template

After you select a compliance type, the printed document template appears. The compliance type determines the final compliance template.

This template is used when Intacct generates a final lien waiver.

Send document to contact

The compliance record is sent to the customer contact.

Final compliance

When this checkbox is selected, Intacct uses the final compliance template to generate a compliance record.

Notes

Enter up to 4,000 characters (maximum) to describe this record.

Override compliance notification

When this checkbox is selected, Intacct overrides the notification for the compliance record.

Review validation rules and the notification process for non-compliance when paying suppliers.

Validate against

The compliance definition determines the validation rules for compliance records. This field is read only.

When not compliant in AP payments

The compliance definition determines the notifications when a compliance record is not compliant in Accounts Payable payments. This field is read only.
