How a checklist's on-schedule status and state are determined

There are two checklist fields that reflect the progress made toward completing a checklist in Close Workspace:

• Checklist schedule: The following are the possible options:

  • On track

  • At risk

  • Completed

• Checklist state: The following are the possible states.

  • Not started

  • In progress

  • Completed

How the on-schedule status is determined

Whether a checklist is on schedule is determined by whether its individual tasks are on schedule. Only the status of the main task is considered. The status of the task assignments are not taken into account.

The following table shows how schedule adherence is determined for tasks. The determination is based on the current date and the task due date.

How the state is determined

The state of the individual tasks included in the checklist determines the state of the checklist. The state of task assignments determines the state of the associated task.
