Set up reclassification—Expenses

To allow reclassification of Selected, Partially paid, and Paid transactions, you need to update your Expenses configuration and grant permissions to users.

  1. At the top level, go to Expenses > Setup > Configuration.

  2. In the Account settings section, under GL accounts, select Allow reclassification.

  3. Select Save.

  4. Grant reclassification permissions to users who are authorized to reclassify transactions or who need to oversee reclassification.
