Offboard from SIG Fixed Assets
Follow these steps to safely offboard from SIG Fixed Assets (SIG FA) and prepare your company for Sage Fixed Assets Management. This process ensures a smooth transition and preserves your asset data for import into Fixed Assets Management.
Step 1. Export SIG FA asset data
Export a complete report of your SIG FA assets. You’ll use this exported data when importing historical assets into Fixed Assets Management.

- Go to Reports > All > Advanced and select Add (circle) next to Custom reports.
- For Primary data source, select Asset [asset] (custom).
- Select Next.
- In the Asset [asset] (custom) section, select all columns to add to the report.
- Select Save.
- Select Run report.
- From the dropdown at the top right, select Excel or CSV.
- Select Go.

Select Download the file.
The exported file includes assets from all entities.
Step 2. Deactivate SIG Fixed Assets
After exporting your asset data, deactivate SIG Fixed Assets to prepare your company for Fixed Assets Management.
Deactivating SIG Fixed Assets performs the following actions:

Hides and disables SIG FA fields and components in Accounts Payable, Purchasing, and Cash Management

Deactivates smart rules and smart events related to SIG FA

Unassigns SIG FA user permissions and roles from all users

- Go to Company > Admin > Clear company data.

Select Deactivate SIG Fixed Assets.
Do not select any other checkboxes on this page.
Don't see this checkbox? Reach out to your account manager. - Select Clear data.
- Select OK to confirm.
- Log out and log back into Intacct.
SIG Fixed Assets is now removed from the application menu.
Step 3. (Optional) Remove SIG FA packages and dashboard
If you're no longer using SIG FA reports or dashboards, you can remove them. Skip this step if you still need them.

Delete SIG FA packages.

Go to Platform Services > Customization tools > Custom packages.

Find Sage Intacct SIG Fixed Assets Reporting in the list.

Select Del.
-
Check the box and select Delete to confirm.

Select Delete again.

Repeat these steps to remove the Sage Intacct SIG Fixed Assets PO Int package.

Delete the SIG FA dashboard.

Go to Dashboards > Dashboards.

Find Fixed Assets Reporting in the list.

Select More actions > Delete at the end of the row.

Select Delete to confirm.

Delete SIG FA packages.

Go to Platform Services > Customization tools > Custom packages.

Find Sage Intacct SIG Fixed Assets Reporting in the list.

Select Del.
-
Check the box and select Delete to confirm.

Select Delete again.

Repeat these steps to remove the Sage Intacct SIG Fixed Assets PO Int package.

Delete the SIG FA dashboard.

Go to Dashboards > Dashboards.

Find Fixed Assets Reporting in the list.

Select Delete.

Select OK to confirm.
