Contact your Sage Intacct account manager

Your account manager is your Sage Intacct primary point of contact. Your Sage Intacct account manager can assist you with a variety of topics, such as account-related inquiries and subscription questions.

If your company is in the process of being implemented, contact your implementer for this type of information.

When to contact your account manager

Your account manager can help:

  • Answer questions about your subscription and Intacct products
  • Explore options and coordinate projects to enhance your company environment
  • Direct you to the right resource when you cannot find what you're looking for

For other Intacct-related questions or issues, contact your Intacct administrator or designated support user.

Find your account manager

  1. Sign into the Community.

    Your account manager's name is located In the top-left blue profile section of the Community home page beneath your profile picture.

  2. To see the account manager's contact details, hover over the account manager's name. The account manager's phone number and email address appears.
