Sage Collaborate

Sage Collaborate helps your team communicate more quickly. Activities like sharing information and keeping up with the latest developments on projects happen in real time, on the records. This means you spend less time switching between Intacct, other applications, and email to find all the necessary details.

Sage Collaborate creates one space where everyone can stay on the same page. And because Collaborate allows real-time conversations, you save time when you need to manage issues like exceptions, missing documents, or the need for clarification.

Sage Collaborate vs. Intacct Collaborate

Sage Collaborate is the evolution of Intacct Collaborate, representing the next stage of Sage's real-time communication tool.

Sage Collaborate currently offers the same core functionality as its predecessor—allowing teams to share information and track project developments directly on records within Sage Intacct. All new companies can subscribe to Sage Collaborate.

Existing Intacct Collaborate users will be contacted when migration to Sage Collaborate is available.

Future versions of Sage Collaborate are anticipated to expand its capabilities, such as enabling cross-product conversations.

Migrate to Sage Collaborate

Companies that use Intacct Collaborate can opt into migrating to the new Sage Collaborate. The option to migrate to Sage Collaborate will be available for existing users of Intacct Collaborate in the later part of 2025.
