View automated transactions

Purchasing documents that you upload or email for automated processing appear as draft transactions on the Automated transactions list in Purchasing.

From this list, you can upload documents, view and edit draft transactions that were created by email or upload, and view posted transactions. When editing a draft transaction, you can also change the transaction to an AP AP supplier invoice or delete it.

To view the list, go to Purchasing > All > Automated transactions.

You can also access the list from the Accounts Payable menu.

If you do not see Automated transactions in the menu, check your user or role permissions.

If you are at the top level and want to view transactions uploaded or emailed to the entity level, select Include private.
