View transactions with match tolerance exceptions
Typically, a purchasing manager or finance team member reviews the list of Purchasing transactions with match tolerance exceptions and decides how to resolve them.

The user must have user or group access rights for the transaction definition. |
- Go to Purchasing > All > Other transaction activity > View transactions.
- Filter the list to view only transactions with match tolerance exceptions. In the column header for the State field, select Exception and then press Enter.You can also open a specific transaction type list for transaction definitions that are configured for match tolerances. In the S State field, filter the list to display only the transactions with exceptions.

Find the transaction you want to review.

Select More actions > Edit at the end of the row.
You can also select Exception in the State column to open the transaction in view mode, and then select Edit.
- In the Entries section, select View exceptions.
The Exception summary window displays.
- Go to Purchasing >All> Other transaction activity > View transactions.
- Filter the list to view only transactions with match tolerance exceptions. In the column header for the State field, enter Exception and then press Enter.You can also go to each transaction type list for the transaction definitions that are configured for match tolerances and use the State field to filter the list to display only the transactions with exceptions.

Select the Exception link to open the transaction.
- In the Entries section, select View exceptions.
The Exception summary window displays.
