Assets, depreciation, and NBV report

This report supports Sage Fixed Assets Management. ICRW requires a separate subscription. To acquire an ICRW subscription, contact your Sage Intacct account manager.

Use the Assets, Depreciation, and NBV (Net Book Value) report to quickly analyze your company fixed assets data for accuracy and insights. NBV data shows the purchase price of fixed assets minus the sum of the depreciation amounts at any given point in time.

You can view comprehensive details of your data with a variety of selectable views.

  • Depreciation Details: Shows a comprehensive view of depreciation for specific assets.
  • Summary by Asset Classification: Shows costs and depreciation balances grouped by asset classification.
  • Simple NBV by Asset: Shows the total net book value of depreciable assets.
  • Roll Forward Depreciation: Over a specified period, shows the beginning accumulated depreciation balance, depreciation expenses recorded during the period, and the ending accumulated depreciation balance. Also shows Net Book Value.
  • Basic Asset List: Shows a list of assets, along with additional details about the assets.
  • Assets by Department: Shows a list of assets grouped by department, along with additional details about the assets.
  • Assets by Location: Shows a list of assets grouped by location, along with additional details about the assets.
  • Assets by Employee: Shows a list of assets grouped by employee, along with additional details about the assets.
This report comprises multiple reporting areas through the use of custom SQL. Custom SQL-based reports require that you use Run Interactive when running the report.
