Select fields to track time by to appear on time—Sage Intelligent Time

Select the fields to track time by so that they appear on timesheets and time clocks. The fields displayed depend on your configuration.

Subscription

A subscription to at least one of the following Sage Intacct applications is required:

  • Time and Expenses

  • Project Costing (includes Time application)

  • Project Costing and Billing

  • Grant Costing and Billing

  • Sage Intacct Construction

Administration

  • Application subscriptions: List, View, Configure

  1. Go to Time > Setup > Configuration.

  2. Scroll to Timesheet settings.

  3. For Track time by, choose one of the following options:

    • Customer and item

    • Project and item

    • Project and task

    • Customer, project, task

    The option that you select displays those fields on timesheets and time clocks.

  4. Save your changes.
