1099 e-file information
The following table describes each option on the 1099 e-file information page.
Time period

Tax year |
Select the year for which to e-file forms. Typically, you file tax forms after the end of the year. Therefore, the default for this dropdown is the previous year. |

From supplier and To supplier |
Include data only for a specific supplier or range of suppliers. How to use the From and To fields
All From and To field pairs work the same way. Use them to get search results in as broad or as fine a range as you need, from everything in the system down to a single specific object. To run this report for a single object:

To run this report for all objects: Leave both fields blank. If you have a large number of objects or the report takes too long to process, use the From and To fields to run a series of smaller reports. For example, you can run five reports, one each for objects whose names begin with A-E, then F-J, K-O, P-T, and U-Z. An object is a catch-all term that refers to any specific data item in the system. Customers, suppliers, items, and accounts are all examples of objects. |

Limit results to a suppliers or employees within a specific location. |

Select the entity or entity group for which to file for. Learn more about filing 1099s in a multi-entity environment. |

Exclude credit card payments |
Select this checkbox to exclude credit card payments. Credit card transactions are never included in 1099-MISC forms.

Include suppliers regardless of 1099 status |
Include suppliers that are no longer set up for 1099 treatment but still have 1099 transactions tagged in Intacct. |

1099 e-file submissions

Batch ID |
Appears when TaxBandits receives the batch of 1099 forms for e-filing. This is the identifier for the created batch of 1099s. Select to be redirected to the TaxBandits website where you can create a TaxBandits account or log in to an existing account. |

Entity |
The entity for which you are e-filing. |

User |
The user who submitted the batch. |

Form type |
The 1099 form type included in the batch. Currently, only 1099-MISC and 1099-NEC forms are supported for e-filing with TaxBandits. |

The number of forms included in the batch. |

Status |

Action |
View errors: Appears if the batch has a status of Failed. After you view errors, update information accordingly and then resubmit the batch. Resubmit: After you update information in a Failed batch, you can resubmit the batch to TaxBandits. |
