New and enhanced ICRW Report Library reports

New and enhanced Interactive Custom Report Writer (ICRW) Library reports are now available.

ICRW requires a separate subscription. For information on attaining an ICRW subscription, contact your Sage Intacct account manager.

The ICRW Report library provides prebuilt reports for you to view, copy, and use as a template for your own reports. After making a copy of a library report, you can customize it to fit your needs.

What's new

The following new reports are now available in the ICRW Report library:

  • Inception to Date Balances: This report tracks day-by-day activity and balances over a specified time period. Track Asset, Liability, and Equity accounts, as well as the daily activity and running totals of Income, Cost, and Expense accounts. For more information, see ICRW Inception to Date Balances report.
  • Date Format: This is a design template that you can use as a basis for customizing your reports. It provides report designers with example date column formulas for displaying dates in a variety of formats. This template can also be used with Interactive Visual Explorer (IVE) reports. For more information see, Date Format template.

What's changed

Assets, Depreciation, NBV: Offers new views and provides and enhanced performance for ease of use.

How it works

  1. Go to Reports > All > Advanced and select Interactive Custom Reports.

  2. In the upper left corner of the ICRW List page, select Report library.

  3. Find the desired report in the list and do one of the following:

    1. Select Edit, to copy and modify the report.

    2. Select Run, to view the report results.
