New ICRW and IVE reporting areas

The following new construction reporting areas are available in Interactive Custom Report Writer (ICRW) and Interactive Visual Explorer (IVE). The new reporting areas improve managing payroll, billable project tasks, and WIP forecasts.

  • Payroll report compensation table: This reporting area provides a reference for your payroll compensation configuration selections. Includes related report objects for trade and trade level configuration.
  • Payroll report compensation table rates: This reporting area provides a reference for your payroll compensation table rates configuration. Includes related report objects for trade, trade level, and compensation table configuration.
  • Project contract line task: This reporting area relates billable tasks to a project contract line.
  • Payroll report pay modifier rate: This reporting area provides a reference for your payroll configuration selections. Includes related report objects for system, employee, compensation, and compensation trade level pay modifier configuration.
  • Payroll report pay modifier setup: This reporting area provides a reference for your configuration selections for system, employee, compensation, and compensation trade level pay modifiers for payroll.
  • Payroll report employee: This reporting area provides a reference of the configuration details for construction payroll employees.
  • Payroll report PTO accrual schedule: This reporting area provides a reference of the PTO Accrual Schedule setup information and accrual rates for construction payroll.
  • Payroll report trade: This reporting area provides a reference of the Construction Payroll trade setup details including trade level definitions and tax classifications.

ICRW and IVE require separate subscriptions. To purchase or enable ICRW and IVE subscriptions, contact your Sage Intacct account manager.

How it works

One of the first things you do when you create an ICRW report or IVE visualization, is to select a reporting area. A reporting area correlates data objects that provide specialized options. You can select the options you want to include in your report or visualization, customizing it to your needs.

  1. Review the Reporting areas reference for descriptions of available reporting areas to determine which one provides the data best suited for your report.

  2. Follow the instructions in Selecting a reporting area for ICRW or Create visualizations in IVE.

Permissions and other requirements

Notes below commented out. Generally, each Requirements table needs at least the Subscription, Regional availability, and Permissions. Include others as necessary.
