Company logo

Use your company logo to co-brand the login page and main title bar of Sage Intacct. You can also add your company logo on documents such as AR sales invoices, statements, and financial reports.

The logo file is a scanned, digital version of your company logo.

If you used printed document templates, add your company logo to the document template in Word, then upload it to Intacct.

File requirements

To ensure that your logo prints without distortion on all forms, confirm that the logo is no larger than 0.3" wide x 0.6" high (216 pixels wide x 43 pixels high). The file can be saved either in GIF or JPEG format, but GIF is preferable. File size cannot exceed 9K bytes.

Upload your company logo to the login page and header

If you already have a custom logo, the main title bar header color remains white so that your logo continues to work with the background.

  1. Go to Company > Setup > Configuration > Company.

  2. Select Edit.
  3. On the General information tab, scroll down to the Display section.
  4. Select Upload logo.
  5. In the pop-up window, select Choose Files.
  6. Select a GIF, JPEG, or PNG image of your logo, then select Open.
  7. Select Black or White under Header background color.
  8. Select Save.

Upload a logo to printed documents

Upload your company logo on printed documents. The logo appears on printed documents even if no document template is assigned to a transaction because Intacct uses a system-generated template at print time.

Printed documents are standard documents that come with your application subscriptions. These documents include AR sales invoices, statements, purchase orders, sales orders, and financial reports.

You can also create your own custom printed document templates for Accounts Receivable, Order Entry, Purchasing, and Inventory Control transactions to suit your unique business needs.
  1. Go to Company > Setup > Configuration > Company.

  2. Select Edit.
  3. On the General information tab, scroll down to the Printed logos and text section.
  4. Select Upload logo under In printed documents.
  5. In the pop-up window, select Choose Files.
  6. Select a GIF, JPEG, or PNG image of your logo, then select Open.
  7. Select Save.

Upload a logo to custom documents

The logo that you upload on custom documents must be 300 x 300 pixels GIF or JPEG format. This logo appears on any default print template not included on your Custom documents list.

  1. Go to Company > Setup > Configuration > Company.

  2. Select Edit.

  3. On the General information tab, scroll down to the Printed logos and text section.

  4. Select Upload logo under In XSL custom documents.

  5. In the pop-up window, select Choose Files.

  6. Select a GIF, JPEG, or PNG image of your logo, then select Open.

  7. In Marketing, enter a marketing message that you want to appear in the top section of customer AR sales invoices, near your transaction header.

  8. In Message, enter a marketing message that you want to appear in the lower section of customer AR sales invoices.

You can enter additional messages for specific transaction types in the transaction definition and for individual transactions in the transaction header.

  9. Select Save.
