Log in to a sandbox

You can log in to a sandbox through the Sandboxes page or by logging in using the Intacct home page.

Log in through the Sandboxes page

If you have a small company, you can log in to your sandbox through the Sandboxes page. There is a company size restriction to access the Sandboxes page. As your company grows, you might lose the ability to access it. If this happens, you can still log in to your sandbox using the Intacct home page.

Go to Company > Admin > Sandboxes.
Find the sandbox that you want to log in to.
Select More actions > Login.

If you have a small company, you can manage your sandboxes through the Sandboxes page. There's a company size restriction for sandbox self-service. As your company grows, you might lose the ability to access the Sandboxes page. If this happens, you’ll need to log a provisioning case to add, delete, or refresh sandboxes. To log a provisioning case, go through the usual steps to log a support case but choose the Feature Request option.

Log in using the Intacct home page

The Company ID for your sandbox is typically your company ID appended by your sandbox name.

For example, if your company ID is Acme123 and the name that you choose is sandbox1, then your sandbox company ID will be Acme123-sandbox1.
