Review an ownership structure

Before activating a period or consolidating an ownership structure, you can review it to ensure that its structure is correct. You can review an ownership structure in map view or tree view.

  • Inter-entity account mapping: View, Edit
  1. Go to Consolidation > Setup > Ownership structures.
  2. Select View structure period for the ownership structure whose periods you want to view.
  3. Select Map view for the period that you want to review.
  4. To view the period as a tree structure, select Tree view.

    Close the Tree view popup to return to the Map view.

  5. Select Zoom to fit or Center on root to zoom in and out of the map view.

  2. Select Structure view for the ownership structure whose periods you want to view.
  3. Select Map view for the period that you want to review.
  4. To view the period as a tree structure, select Tree view.

    Close the Tree view popup to return to the Map view.

  5. Select Zoom to fit or Center on root to zoom in and out of the map view.
