Download the Sage Intacct SOC 1/SOC 2 report and Bridge Letter
You can download a SOC 1 (System and Organization Controls Report) and SOC 2 from Intacct. These reports provide information about the controls provided by Intacct that are relevant to your organization’s controls over financial reporting, security, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy.

Who can download the report?
Because these reports are restricted and contain confidential information, not everyone can download them. If you are not approved to access the report, you will not see the download option in the I'm Here To section of the community.
Sage Intacct customers with access to the Intacct community can download the report.
If your company was implemented by an Intacct partner who does your accounting (SIAP), request that your partner obtains the report for you. If your company was implemented by another Intacct Partner (VAR), ask them to provide you with access to the community using your company ID.
If you are a customer that needs access, but do not see the option to download the SOC reports in the community, here are some tips.

Only registered community users can access the report. The authorized Sage admin at your company can add new community users.

If you can log in to the community, but do not see the Download SOC Report link, you can search on "SOC Report". Ask your designated support user to log a support case if there are no links to the report.

If you can download the SOC report but the I Accept button is grayed out, try a different browser, or turn off popup blockers or browser script blockers. Your current browser might be blocking the button.
Download SOC documents
- Log in to the Intacct Community at https://community.intacct.com.
- In the I'm Here To section on the right of the page, scroll down and select Download SOC Report. (To download a Bridge Letter, select Download Bridge Letter.)
- On the SOC Report page, select SOC documents, found in the In My Libraries section. The All Libraries > SOC Documents page opens.
- Select Intacct SOC Report to return to the SOC Report page.
- Select Download, then select Always open in Adobe Reader. It's necessary to select this option to view the Terms and Conditions and open the file. Opening the file in your browser or selecting Save this report does not allow you to view the SOC report.
- When the downloaded file opens, you'll see the Terms and Conditions page. Hover over I Accept until the hand tool appears, then select I Accept. If you choose not to accept the terms and conditions, you will not be able to view or save the file.
- Save the file.

Intacct bridge letters are published every quarter on these dates:

To request a previous period SOC report or bridge letter, the designated support user can open a request with customer support. Provide the following:

Contact Name

Contact Email Address

Contact ID
-
Bridge Letter Needed - Specify the month and year.
