Reauthorize login credentials for a bank feed

Some banks require you to reauthorize your login credentials before any new bank feed transactions arrive in Sage Intacct. For example, you need to enter a security code or security questions. This process is a security procedure put in place by your bank.

Contact your bank with any questions regarding your reauthorization process.

Keep in mind the following:

• You need to reauthorize if bank feed transactions are not coming through to your company and you see a bank feed status of Auth required.

• If you're reauthorizing an account that's mapped to a financial institution, you reauthorize login information for all accounts mapped to that financial institution.

• Are you in the United Kingdom and using a Plaid connection? You need to reauthorize every 90 days.

Do you need to change your user login name?

1. Go to Cash Management > All or Setup > Accounts and select the required account type.

2. Find the account that you want to edit.

3. Select Edit at the end of the row.

4. On the Banking cloud tab, select Reauthorize.

   Why can't I see this tab?

   • Have you saved this account?

     You can only see this tab after you save the account.

   • Is your company subscribed to Sage Cloud Services and enabled for bank feeds?

     In order to view or edit the Banking cloud tab, your company must be subscribed to Sage Cloud Services and enabled for bank feeds.

   After you save, from the account list find the account and select Edit at the end of the row. Then, go to the Banking cloud tab.

5. Follow the instructions on the page.

6. Select Save.

1. Go to Cash Management > All or Setup > Accounts and select the required account type.

2. Select Edit.

3. On the Banking cloud tab, select Reauthorize.

   Why can't I see this tab?

   • Have you saved this account?

     You can only see this tab after you save the account.

   • Is your company subscribed to Sage Cloud Services and enabled for bank feeds?

     In order to view or edit the Banking cloud tab, your company must be subscribed to Sage Cloud Services and enabled for bank feeds.

   After you save, from the account list, select Edit next to the account. Then, go to the Banking cloud tab.

4. Follow the instructions on the page.

5. Select Save.
