Cannot reverse a deposit
The following describes possible reasons for not being able to reverse a deposit and provides solutions for each reason.
Ask your administrator to make sure you have at least List, View, and Reverse deposits permissions for the Cash Management application.
After a deposit has been reconciled, the Reverse link no longer appears beside it on the Deposits page. To reverse the deposit, reopen the bank reconciliation.
After a payment or other receipt in a deposit has been reversed, the deposit can't be reversed. You can, however, reverse as many payments or other receipts in the deposit as you like. Reversing all the payments effectively voids the deposit.
