Edit, view, delete other receipts

Edit, view, and delete other receipts from the Other receipts list. In companies with multiple base currencies, access the Other receipts list at the entity level.

If the receipt has already been deposited into a bank account, you can only reverse it.

Edit other receipts

You can only edit transactions that are in an open subledger period and which have not yet been deposited.

  1. Go to Cash Management > All > Transactions > Other receipts.

  2. Find the receipt that you want to edit.
  3. Select Edit at the end of the row.

  4. Add or modify information as needed.
  5. Select Save.

View other receipt information 

  1. Go to Cash Management > All > Transactions > Other receipts.

  2. Find the receipt that you want to view.
  3. Select More actionsView at the end of the row.

  1. Go to Cash Management > All > Transactions > Other receipts.

  2. Find the receipt that you want to view.
  3. Select View.

The information for the receipt appears on the Transaction tab.

If the transaction has been posted to any accrual journals, GL posting information appears on the Posting details tab.

Delete other receipts

  1. Go to Cash Management > All > Transactions > Other receipts.

  2. Find the receipts that you want to delete.
  3. Select the checkbox next to the receipts, then select Delete.
