Clear a pending reconciliation and start over

To clear a pending reconciliation and start over, filter for the transactions that have already been matched. Then, unmatch them. To adjust transactions in a closed reconciliation, reopen the reconciliation.

If you unmatch a transaction, it cannot be automatically matched using a rule set again. Instead, manually match or ignore the transaction.
  1. Go to Cash Management > All > Reconciliation > Bank or Credit card.

  2. Enter account information and select Continue.

  3. View the transactions that have already been matched.

    In the State dropdown list select Matched, and in the Transaction type dropdown list select All. Then, select Apply filters. Learn more about how to view transactions.

  4. Find the checkbox column on the far left of the table and select Select all or Select all on this page.
  5. Select Unmatch transactions.

All progress on the reconciliation is undone, and you can begin to reconcile anew.
