Log in to Sage University
Sage University provides training courses and short video tutorials to help you develop your skills and get the most out of Intacct.
You'll need a Sage account and Sage University profile in order to log in and access the training at Sage University.
Follow these steps to help you quickly get up and running.
Step 1: Connect to Sage University
Connect to Sage University from within Sage Intacct for a seamless experience between Intacct and the training that you need.
To connect to Sage University, go to Help & Support, then select Sage University.
Step 2: Log in to Sage University
To access Sage University, you need to log in to your Sage account. Your Sage account (also referred to as Sage ID), which differs from your Intacct user name and password, uniquely identifies you across many Sage products and services including Sage University.

Enter your Sage account email address, and select Continue.

If you already have a Sage account, enter your password and select Log in.
Step 3: Create your Sage account
If you do not have a Sage account, you can create one in just a few steps.

Enter your email address, name, and set a password to create your Sage account.

Select Sign up.

Verify your email with the code sent to the email address you provided.
Step 4: Create a Sage University profile
If you're new to Sage University, you'll be prompted to create a profile after logging in.

Complete the Sage University profile form.
Your Sage University profile is your personal record of training, badges, and certifications completed at Sage University.

Enter your Sage Intacct Customer ID.
When creating your profile, be sure to enter your Customer ID in the Account Number field to ensure that you receive access to learning benefits associated with your organization.
If you purchased Intacct through the Sage Intacct Accounting Program, enter None in the Account Number field.Your Customer ID is found in the following places:

The Company information page. To access this page, go to Company > Setup > Configuration > Company.
Administrator rights and permissions to view company information are required.

Your Sage Intacct customer invoice. The ID begins with a C, followed by several digits.
Cannot find your Customer ID?If you cannot find your customer ID, contact one of the following people to get it:
- Your administrator, CEO, CFO, or Controller
- Your implementer or Sage Intacct account manager

Sage Intacct customer support
If you're an administrator of a completed implementation of Sage Intacct and you are not a VAR partner client, your designated support user can contact customer support. They can either log a support case or call in.
If you cannot access your customer ID, enter None in the Account Number field. You can update it later by contacting Sage University.

After you set up your connection to Sage University, you have instant access to use it. When you access Sage University, you can browse courses, view your course transcript, and earn certificates.
Remove your profile
To remove your profile from Sage University, visit the Contact Us page on Sage University and request that your profile be removed. After your request is confirmed, your profile will be anonymized within 60 business days.

Here are some key Sage definitions and what they mean to you when connecting to Sage University.
