New users
The Get started with Sage Intacct tour highlights the basics of navigating Sage Intacct and where to find the help, training, and videos designed for new users.
After logging into Sage Intacct, you can access the Get started with Sage Intacct tour from any page:

Select at the top of any page beside your user name. An information box appears.

Select Product tours.

Community username
When you register, Sage Intacct sends you a welcome email with your Community username.
Your Community username is unique to your name and company. It is not your email address or your Sage Intacct product login.

Help and training
Find answers fast with the Sage Intacct Help Center.
You can access help in different ways, depending on how you prefer to find information. Start by selecting the Help & Support menu from anywhere in Sage Intacct:

Select Help on this page for information about the page that you're on.

To search or browse for answers, select Help Center. You’ll find direct links to other resources, such as Release notes, Community, Support, Training, and the Developer site.
Also, most Intacct pages include tooltips and field help directly on the page. Select to get bite-sized information for selected fields and sections, without leaving the page.

Your Sage Intacct account
The payment portal allows you to quickly make payments via ACH or credit card, see all open invoices, set up recurring or one-time payments, update payment and contact information, and receive e-confirmation each time you make a payment.
This can be found by going to I'm Here To... > Access Payment in the Sage Intacct Community. You must be listed as a billing contact on the account and have enabled your account for making payments via the Community to access this function.
