Accounts Receivable reports
Accounts Receivable (AR) reports involve amounts owed or paid by customers for goods and services.
Standard reports
The Accounts Receivable application contains a number of standard reports that have been created for you. You can run, view, process, memorize, export, and customize AR reports.
Standard reports are reports that are typical to an application and have already been created for you. You can run them as they are or make slight modifications to them, such as setting filters to specify which items to include and from what time period or selecting from formatting options.
You create standard reports by configuring the filters available in the report settings page. Depending on the report, the report settings page presents 10-30 filter options such as:
- Accounting period
- Custom date ranges
- Detail level
- Summary views
- Sorting
- Grouping
- Dimensional analysis

| AR Ledger | A list of detailed customer accounts: beginning balance for the selected period, current account balance, and the charges and payments for each customer. Use this report to see if the balance in the AR ledger agrees with that in the general ledger and to see which customers have balances greater than zero. |
| AR Open Items Revaluation | Shows pending foreign-currency transactions that have unrealized gains or losses due to fluctuations in foreign-currency exchange rates. |
| AR Recurring | Shows a list of recurring invoices from your customers, along with details about the recurring payments, such as the frequency with which the invoice is paid, how many times the recurring invoice has been paid, the term, amount and so on. |
| Customer Aging | Shows a list of customers who owe you money and either how many days it took them to pay you or how many days past due their payments are. Use this report to determine how well you are collecting on your accounts receivable. |
| Customer List | Shows you details about all of your customers, such as location and contact information, pricing details, payment methods, along with current customer balances. |
| Deferred Revenue Details | Shows the details of customers and transactions for which you have deferred revenue, such as the customers' IDs, names, amount deferred, amount recognized, and the gain or loss recognized. |
| Deferred Revenue Forecast | Shows how deferred income is recognized as revenue over time. Use this report to forecast revenue by time period, account, customer, and more. |
| Deferred Revenue Revaluation |
Available to companies that use multiple transaction currencies and revenue recognition, this report enables you to revaluate revenue recognition schedule entries based on the Revaluation As of Date and Revaluation Exchange Rate Type. The currency gain/loss for every row of the revenue recognition schedule-entry table is calculated automatically. |
