Enable and assign delegates for timesheet approvals—Sage Intelligent Time

You can enable delegation for timesheet approvals and assign users as delegates. Delegates can approve timesheets when approvers are out of office.

When you select the default delegate, that user is automatically selected for all approvers in the list. However, every timesheet approver should have an appropriate delegate.

If a user is given Approve timesheets permission after you've assigned delegates, the new approver's delegate is the default delegate unless you change it.
  1. Go to Time > Setup > Configuration.

  2. Find Timesheets approval settings and select the Enable delegation checkbox.

  3. Select Manage.

  4. Select a Default delegate.

  5. Select a delegate for each approver.

  6. Select Save.

  7. Select Save again.
