Company and Administration

New permissions

We've added permissions to support the new features released in 2023 R4. New permissions are automatically off by default, unless otherwise noted.

Administration

• Subscription usage: View

  Allows a user to view recent activity for subscriptions that are billed based on usage.

• API usage: View

  Allows a user to access the API usage dashboard.

The API usage permission is enabled by default for users with admin privileges.

Cash Management:

• Receive payment from bank transaction: Add

  Enables a user to receive payments from bank transactions.

General Ledger

• GL account numbers: Edit

  Allows a user to change GL account numbers.

• Statistical account numbers: Edit

  Allows a user to change statistical account numbers.
