Cancel your subscription

You can cancel your subscription to the Advanced CRM Integration on the Intacct subscriptions page. If you cancel your subscription, all configuration options and all mappings between Intacct and Salesforce records will be erased.

Your Intacct records and Salesforce records will not be erased. The mappings between fields and the ability to sync records WILL be erased if you cancel your subscription.

If you choose to uninstall the Advanced CRM Integration package in Salesforce, you might be required to revert any customizations and delete data that used package components.

First cancel your subscription to the Advanced CRM Integration, then uninstall the packages from your Salesforce organization.

To cancel your subscription to the Advanced CRM Integration:

  1. Log in to Intacct as an administrator.
  2. Go to Company > Admin > Subscriptions > Advanced CRM Integration.

  3. Slide the toggle switch for the Advanced CRM Integration subscription to off.
  4. An alert opens to verify that you want to cancel your subscription. Select Cancel subscription.
    Intacct cancels your subscription to the Advanced CRM Integration.
  5. Log in to your Salesforce environment as an administrator.
  6. From Setup, enter Installed Packages in the Quick Find box and select Installed Packages.
  7. Select Uninstall next to the Advanced CRM Integration package.
    You’ll be asked to confirm the uninstall.
  8. Select Yes, I want to uninstall this package and permanently delete all associated components and select Uninstall.
    If there are objects from the Advanced CRM Integration package still in use, a list will appear at the top of this page. Reconfigure your Salesforce organization not to use any objects in the Advanced CRM Integration package before you can uninstall the package.
