Allow user groups access to dashboards
Allow a user group access to a dashboard, so every user in that group can view important aspects of your business. You can also deny a user group access to view dashboards to control who can see that data.
Every member of the user group inherits the specific access to the dashboards.

Go to Dashboards > All> Dashboards.

Find the dashboard in the list.

Select More actions > Edit at the end of the row.

Select the Permissions tab.

Select the dropdown and select Group.

Select the next dropdown and select a user group.

Select Add.

Below Access rights, select the dropdown and then select Allow.
To deny Access rights, select Deny.

Select Save.

Go to Dashboards > All> Dashboards.

Find the dashboard and select Edit.

Select the Permissions tab.

Select the dropdown and select Group.

Select the next dropdown and select a user group.

Select Add.

Below Access rights, select the dropdown and then select Allow.
To deny Access rights, select Deny.

Select Save.
To remove a user group's access to a dashboard, select the Delete (Trash can) beside a group.
