Deny user groups access to financial reports

You can add user groups to the Exclusion list to deny them access to financial reports.

Denying access to a financial report means users cannot see the report in the Financial report list, Reports center, or dashboards.

  1. Go to Reports > All > Core and select Financial reports.

  2. Locate the financial report and select Edit.

  3. Select the Permissions tab.

  4. Beside the Exclusion list, select Add.

  5. In the Permissions window, select the Add dropdown and select group.

  6. Select the dropdown and select a group.

  7. Select Add.

  8. Select Save.

To remove a user group from the Exclusion list, select the group and select Remove.
