Before you begin
Work with your partner or Professional Services to start the subscription process. If you're a direct Sage Intacct customer, contact your account manager. These resources can help you determine which payment service works best for your business needs and guide you through the setup process.
What to expect
To enable Supplier Payments powered by CSI, you need to register with CSI, complete CSI's "know your customer" onboarding process, and an authorized signer for your organization must sign CSI's terms of service.
After you initiate the setup process in Sage Intacct, your designated contact will receive an email from CSI that contains a link to continue onboarding. You'll be asked to provide the information described in the checklist below. Checklist information that you enter is stored in CSI's systems and processed by CSI. You can find CSI's privacy policy, including processing and data retention periods, on the Configure Supplier Payments powered by CSI page in Intacct.
After you complete the onboarding application, CSI evaluates the information in accordance with its "know your customer" and eligibility programs. After CSI has completed this step, CSI will either send its terms and conditions for electronic signature or not approve your application. See CSI account criteria for information on why CSI might not approve your application.
