My credit card is not appearing in lists

If the expiration date listed on your credit card account has expired, it will not show up in dropdown lists for selection. Update the expiration date on the Credit card account information page.

  1. Go to Cash Management > All or Setup > Accounts > Credit card.

  2. Find the credit card that you want to update.
  3. Select More actionsEdit at the end of the row.

  4. For Expiration, enter the updated Month and Year.
  5. Select Save.
