Deactivate a matching rule or creation rule
Deactivated rules no longer appear or apply in rule sets. Deactivated rules can remain in a rule set, but they do not have any effect.
Deactivating a rule changes how the rule set matches incoming transactions for any account using that rule set.

Go to Cash Management > Setup > Reconciliation rules > Matching and creation rules.
- Find the rule that you want to deactivate.

Select More actions > Edit at the end of the row.
- Change the Status to Inactive.

Select Save.

Go to Cash Management > Setup > Reconciliation rules > Matching and creation rules.
- Find the rule that you want to deactivate.
- Select Edit.
- Change the Status to Inactive.
