Dashboards for the General QuickStart
Dashboards help you capture insights in a centralized place.
Sage Intacct includes some predefined dashboards for companies who use the General QuickStart template. You can use these dashboards as they are, or use them as a basis to create your own dashboards.
To verify that your company uses the General QuickStart, you need to be an Admin user with permissions to view your company information.
- Go to Company > Setup > Configuration > Company.

- Ensure that the Setup template field is set to General.

- To use the dashboards, you may need to refresh your browser or log out, then log back in after installation.
- Be sure to update the dashboard permissions so only the appropriate users will be able to see them.
- Don't forget to add a Date filter for each page. The date filter is located along the same row as the dashboard title.
- Consider adding a dimension filter if you want to see information by certain groupings, like entities or locations.
- You may want to reorder components to be more visually pleasing and to group information in ways that make sense to your business processes.
