Field descriptions: User-defined timesheet entries
Construction subscription is needed. To enable a Construction subscription, contact your Sage Intacct account manager. Regional support for Construction is limited to the United States, Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom.

| ID | Required—unique identifier used to identify a labor or employee position timesheet entry. You can only delete unused IDs. |
| Name | Required—Name your labor or employee position entry (80 characters). Duplicate names can exist for time entries or employee positions, as long as the IDs are unique. For example:

| Description | Describe the labor entry or employee position (1,000 characters). |
| Status | Indicate whether this entry is active (default) or inactive. Only active status entries can be used on timesheets. If you select a user-defined entry on a timesheet, the only change you can make is to change the status to inactive. |
