Billing price lists—Contracts
This list supports the enhanced lists interface. Learn more about using enhanced lists.
Use billing price lists to create pricing strategies for items whose prices are determined based on a fixed fee, the quantity used, or the contracted quantity. You can enter prices per thousands, define discount tiers, set minimum flat fees, and more in a billing price list. You can also have multiple billing price lists. For example, you could have one billing price list per customer.
The billing price list is a container for billing price list entries. You create the list name and then create the billing price list entries associated with the list.
When a user creates a contract, they select a billing price list to use for that contract. Then when the user creates a contract line and selects an item, Sage Intacct suggests a price based on the combination of the item, currency (if applicable), and price list entry start date.
You can view, add, edit, or delete a billing price list from the Billing Price Lists page. To view the price list entries for a list, select Details next to the corresponding price list.
