Set up Close Assistant

Copilot Close Assistant helps you manage standard period-close tasks for core applications by providing an overview of activity in one place. You can glance at the Copilot panel to see which applications are closed and which tasks require attention.

Administration:

  • Application subscriptions: List, View, Subscribe, Configure

  • Users: List, View, Edit, Permissions
Dependencies You must turn on enhanced lists to use some Close Assistant features.

Subscribe to Copilot Close Assistant

  1. Go to Company > Admin > Subscriptions and select the toggle to subscribe to Sage Copilot Close Automation.
  2. Select Configure.
  3. Select Enable Close Assistant.
  4. Select Save.

Assign permissions

On the Sage Copilot Close Automation permissions page, find Close Assistant, and select Run.

Ask users to refresh their browser after you've assigned permissions to them. It can take a few minutes before Close Assistant appears in the Copilot panel.
