About the Early Adopter program

The Early Adopter program gives a select group of customers early access to new Sage Intacct features before they’re generally available. Participants test these features in real‑world scenarios and provide feedback that helps us refine, improve, and validate functionality prior to general release.

What we ask of Early Adopters

As an Early Adopter, we may ask you to participate in one or more of the following activities, depending on the feature's program:

  • Use the feature as part of your regular workflows.
  • Share quick sentiment feedback using the thumbs‑up or thumbs‑down buttons in popup guides when prompted. This helps us understand what’s working and what needs improvement.
  • Complete short surveys—such as one midway through the program and one at the end—to provide more detailed feedback and ideas.
  • Participate in a brief interview, dedicating time for more in‑depth feedback and insights.

How to join an Early Adopter program

  1. Go to the release notes home page and select View release notes for <most recent release> in the Featured announcement section.
  2. Scroll through the list of features and look for Early adopter in the release note title.
  3. When you find one that interests you, open the release note and go to the What's the Early Adopter program section. If the Early Adopter program is still open, there will be a link to a survey form in this section.
  4. Select the form link, complete the form, and submit it.

If you’re selected for the program, you’ll receive an email outlining the program details, expectations, and next steps. To participate, you must confirm your interest and agree to the terms as outlined in the email.
