Personal preferences in Sage Intacct
You can set up your individual preferences to suit how you work in Intacct, and more finely hone or change some preferences set up by your administrator.
Select your login name at the top of any page and select My preferences.
About your preferences
Set your preferences to suit how you work in the company. You can also hone or change some preferences set up by your administrator. For example, your admin sets a maximum interval of 6 hours before you are automatically logged out. If you only need to be in Intacct for two hours, you can change that interval. In this way, you protect the security of your company information.
Set up another user's preferences
If you're an administrator, to set individual preferences for another user, go to Company > Admin > Users. Select Preferences on the appropriate user row.
