Assign permissions to a console user
Assign permissions to console users so that they can complete activities in the console. Console users can perform tasks that they have permissions for.

Go to My practice or Console > All > Users and contacts > and select Users.

Find the console user and select Subscriptions.

Select the applications that you want the console user to access.

Select Permissions next to a selected application to set specific permissions for that application.

Select permissions for the activities that you want the console user to perform.

Save your changes.

On the User Subscriptions page, also Save your changes.

Go to My practice or Console > All > Users and contacts > and select Users.

Find the console user that you want assign permissions to.

Select More actions > Edit at the end of the row.

Select Subscriptions.

Select the applications that you want the console user to access.

Select Permissions next to a selected application to set specific permissions for that application.

Select permissions for the activities that you want the console user to perform.

Select Save.

On the User Subscriptions page, Select Save.
